Invoices

Invoices are generated when users initiate purchases for subscriptions, plans or services. Invoices remain valid for a limited time and may expire automatically if unpaid.

Supported Payment Methods

Payments may be processed through supported payment gateways and banking systems including Syriatel Cash, MTN Cash and Paymera bank card services depending on availability and operational conditions.

Activation Codes

Successful purchases generate activation codes that become available within the user's account. Activation codes may be redeemed by the purchaser or shared with another individual unless otherwise restricted.

Promo Codes and Discounts

Promotional codes may provide discounts, limited offers or campaign-based benefits. Promo codes may include expiration dates, maximum usage limits or eligibility restrictions.

Manual Purchases

Customers may request manual purchases through authorized support channels using approved payment methods including direct transfers or cash payments where available.

Failed or Delayed Payments

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, completed purchases, delivered activation codes and activated services are generally non-refundable.
