End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement governs the use of ShamVPN applications, software and related services provided by Digital Arrow for Technology.
License Grant
ShamVPN grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the application on supported devices in accordance with this agreement.
Acceptable Usage
Users agree to use ShamVPN services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and network policies. Unauthorized, abusive or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts, activation codes and connected devices. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported immediately.
Restrictions
Users may not reverse engineer, modify, reproduce, exploit, interfere with or attempt to disrupt ShamVPN infrastructure, applications, payment systems or related services.
Application Updates
ShamVPN applications may receive updates, improvements, security patches or feature modifications periodically to improve reliability, compatibility and security.
Intellectual Property
ShamVPN, its applications, branding, systems, software and related materials remain the exclusive property of Digital Arrow for Technology and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ShamVPN services in cases involving abuse, fraud, security threats, unlawful activities or violations of this agreement.
Disclaimer and Liability
ShamVPN services are provided on an as-available and as-is basis. While we strive to maintain secure and reliable services, uninterrupted availability, compatibility or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Terms of Use
Article One: Definitions
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between: • The First Party: Digital Arrow for Technology LLC (headquartered in Damascus - Al-Salihiyah), referred to as “we”, “us”, or “the Company”. • The Second Party: The user or subscriber, referred to as “you” or “the Subscriber”. By using or registering in the application, the user acknowledges that they have read and agreed to these Terms.
Article Two: Company Obligations
The Company undertakes to provide the service according to available technical capabilities, protect user data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and provide technical support through official channels.
Article Three: User Obligations
The user agrees to provide accurate and correct information upon registration, maintain the confidentiality of login credentials, not share their account with any third party, and immediately notify the Company of any unauthorized use.
Article Four: Subscriptions and Payments
The service requires a paid subscription. Prices are displayed within the application. The Company reserves the right to modify prices, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new prices. Refunds are granted only with the Company’s approval after case-by-case review.
Article Five: Account Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in case of violation of these Terms. The user may cancel their account at any time.
Article Six: Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to the application are reserved for the Company. Copying, modifying, or redistributing any part of the application is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.
Article Seven: Data Protection
Data is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. We do not sell user data to any third party.
Article Eight: Disclaimer of Liability
The service is provided “as is”. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of the service or its interruption.
Article Nine: Modifications to the Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the application after any modification constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Article Ten: Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic. The courts of Damascus shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal disputes arising between the user and the Company.
Article Eleven: Age Eligibility
The ShamVPN application may not be used or registered by anyone under the age of 13. By using or registering in the application, the user affirms and warrants that they are at least 13 years old. If it is discovered that a user is under the age of 13, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate their account and block their access to the service, in order to protect minors and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
