End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement governs the use of ShamVPN applications, software and related services provided by Digital Arrow for Technology.
License Grant
ShamVPN grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the application on supported devices in accordance with this agreement.
Acceptable Usage
Users agree to use ShamVPN services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and network policies. Unauthorized, abusive or illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their accounts, activation codes and connected devices. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported immediately.
Restrictions
Users may not reverse engineer, modify, reproduce, exploit, interfere with or attempt to disrupt ShamVPN infrastructure, applications, payment systems or related services.
Application Updates
ShamVPN applications may receive updates, improvements, security patches or feature modifications periodically to improve reliability, compatibility and security.
Intellectual Property
ShamVPN, its applications, branding, systems, software and related materials remain the exclusive property of Digital Arrow for Technology and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to ShamVPN services in cases involving abuse, fraud, security threats, unlawful activities or violations of this agreement.
Disclaimer and Liability
ShamVPN services are provided on an as-available and as-is basis. While we strive to maintain secure and reliable services, uninterrupted availability, compatibility or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
